Production is scheduled after the drawings, technical requirements, commercial terms, and agreed payment conditions are confirmed.

Production & Quality Control

Parts are manufactured according to the approved drawings, with first-piece and in-process dimensional checks as required.

Final Inspection & Shipment

Final inspection and packaging are completed before shipment. Inspection reports can be provided according to order requirements.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the material, part complexity, machining process, and production requirements. Prototype and low-volume orders can be evaluated based on the customer’s drawings.
What materials can you machine?
We machine aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, brass, and selected engineering plastics. Other materials can be evaluated after reviewing the drawings and application requirements.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Achievable tolerances depend on the material, part size, geometry, machining process, and inspection method. Tight-tolerance requirements are evaluated during drawing review and confirmed in the quotation.
What drawing file formats do you accept?
We commonly review PDF, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, DXF, DWG, and other standard 2D or 3D drawing formats. A 3D model together with a dimensioned 2D drawing is preferred for accurate quotation and inspection review.
What is your typical production lead time?
Lead time is confirmed after reviewing the material, quantity, machining complexity, surface treatment, inspection requirements, and production schedule. The estimated delivery date will be stated in the quotation.
Can you provide inspection reports and material certificates?
Dimensional inspection reports and available material certificates can be provided when requested and confirmed before order placement. The reporting scope depends on the drawing and customer requirements.
Can you manufacture load cell and force sensor components?
Yes. We manufacture custom load cell elastic elements, sensor bodies, housings, and other precision components according to customer drawings and technical requirements.
